FEES AND INSURANCE

Individual psychotherapy sessions are $275 for 50 minutes long sessions. This fee includes cost of art materials.

I am in network with Cigna: Currently not accepting new clients with cigna

For all other insurances, I am an out of network provider. Depending on your plan, you may be reimbursed for a portion of your fee.

No Surprises Act and Good Faith Estimate

For those paying out of pocket fees, you have the right to receive a good faith estimate of the expected costs of therapy. Psychotherapy is individualized and there is no absolute number of sessions that may be needed to reach your personal treatment goals. The total cost of services will depend on session frequency, duration, and your personal goals.

In our work together we will continually discuss the treatment goals and assess as to whether ongoing psychotherapy is indicated or not. You have the right to end psychotherapy services at any time.
